Resident JB; What do you like best about this care home? I like everything, the staff are very good !! I like living here because i could not manage at home by myself. I am well looked after here. Any issues I have they are dealt with promptly.

Resident DG; I love the care and attention that I receive here, everyone is very nice to me, from the carers to the professionals.

Resident SD: We have great entertainment here, karaoke, singers, and we even had the activities co-ordinator think he is the king himself, Elvis !! Always a great atmosphere, and we are always doing some type of activity !!

Resident EH: How would I describe this care home? The staff are excellent to me, it's very convenient for my family to visit, I'm well and truly looked after here, and above all, I'm happy here.

I like living here, the staff are helpful, the home is clean and tidy. I enjoy the food and the mealtimes are pleasant. I have friends here and I feel as though I was well supported in the transition from living in my own home to living in a care home.

Everybody is friendly and amicable; the staff support me to maintain my independence. The food is good and always improving. I am always encouraged to be involved in daily activities.

Hurst Hall is a welcoming place and the staff actively encourage me to make my own choices but are always on hand to help when needed. The kitchen offers a good range of meals that I always enjoy. I am happy living here

I chose to come and Live at Hurst hall because my sister and her husband already lived here. I really enjoy living here.

I would pay twice to live here; the staff are kind and helpful. The food is fantastic. I am well looked after and feel safe at Hurst Hall.

I am comfortable at Hurst Hall, I came for respite last year and decided to come back to stay. The staff are helpful and support me where I need help. I still go out to do things like the cinema but my room has been set up so I can enjoy my films. I used to feel very nervous but now I am not feeling that way at all because of the support I am given.
